Author | LUDWIG WITTGENSTEIN |
This second volume (TS 232) of the Bemerkungen über die Philosophie der Psychologie was written at the end of 1948. It justifies the famous last claim of the Philosophical Investigations according to which philosophical inquiries on psychology are no more psychological than philosophical inquiries on mathematics are mathematical. In order to give evidence to this claim, Wittgenstein is here disentangling the riddles connected to the concept of « seeing as » », preventing us from the misuses of the concept of « Vorstellung » and from the metaphysical delusions which spring from the very idea of the « inner ». |
