Trans-Europ-Repress
publishers was created in 1981 by a French philosopher, Gérard
Granel. They are devoted to the philosophical field, and they welcome
classical recognized works on the one hand, and contemporary essays
on the other hand.
Up to now, they have mainly published translations (often bilingual)
of philosophical books of high level (by Vico, Hume, Otto, Heidegger,
and a lot of items from Wittgenstein’s Nachlass).
